Visited the factory in August 2016, lovely grounds & great tea rooms, we bought a couple of tea pots from the gift shop & some tea as well, the factory was in maintenance mode so we could not see the operations but one of the staff was very helpful in explaining the workings if the factory.

Great place to see how tea is made and to observe the tree-kangoroo. Very very antipathic and rude staff at the tearoom though.

Being an avid Nerada tea fan, it was really interesting to see the fields of tea being grown. They have a lovely tea shop with a dining area where you can try any of the teas and get some cake. It has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and having a nice calming cup of Devonshire tea while these beautiful birds were walking past the dining area mere meters from me and my old lady was one of the greatest experiences I've had in Queensland.

Nice cafe and tea shop. Friendly staff. Yummy scones. Bonus: resident tree kangaroo

Great place, great products but what kind of tourist venture DOES NOT open on weekends? This one, very foolish and very disappointing, have wanted to take friends and family there regularly but have been unable to due to this inept management decision, would have a lot more visitors if it did open weekends.
